Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you decide not to travel, a percentage of the ticket fare will be refunded, depending on how far in advance you request the cancellation and the website through which the purchase was made.
Domestic Routes
(Services within Argentina)
Cancellations can be made up to one hour before the scheduled departure time, with the following deductions:
- Between 24 hours and 1 hour before departure: 70% of the paid amount will be refunded.
- Between 48 hours and 24 hours before departure: 80% will be refunded.
- More than 48 hours in advance: 90% of the paid amount will be refunded.
International Routes
(Services between Argentina and Chile)
Tickets can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled departure.
No cancellations are accepted within 4 hours of departure.
IMPORTANT
If your purchase was made through the CATA INTERNACIONAL CHILE website (www.catainternacional.cl):
- A fixed 15% cancellation fee will be applied, regardless of how far in advance the cancellation is requested.
- This policy has no exceptions.
